Our team has built strong working relationships with local councils, consultants and contractors. By coordinating all parties, we turn complex project requirements into an efficient, full-service experience for every client.
Land Development & Subdivision
Wonderland Construction Group offers a full range of subdivision services, from single-site subdivisions to multi-unit developments such as townhouses and apartments.
Residential & Commercial
We work closely with clients from the initial design stage, collaborating with architects to align the design with the budget, through to final delivery. As Registered Master Builders, we offer a Master Build 10-Year Guarantee on every new home we build.
What We Do
Wonderland Construction Group (WCG) works with clients in Auckland from start to finish, across four phases:

Site Investigation: We collect and assess site information, and report on potential hazards below ground that are not yet known.
Feasibility Report: A full report covering all relevant factors of your project, including land information, environmental factors and expected financial returns.
Development Advice: Advice based on your project goals, taking into account the factors that can affect development at any stage.
Cost & Timeframes: We advise on design, consenting and construction costs, and estimated timeframes, so you can see how to maximise your property’s potential.

Home Design: New home design and renovation of existing homes, including architectural, interior and colour design, and garden and exterior landscaping. We work with several design companies, whose experienced architectural designers build each client’s requirements into the design.
Consultant Coordination: We coordinate with geotechnical, civil and environmental engineers throughout the design stage.
Council Consents & Approvals: We manage Resource Consents (RC) and Building Consents (BC) in the Auckland region, through to the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), in line with council requirements.
Cost Control & Value Engineering: We review the design for cost and value, so the budget stays under control.
Early Contractor Involvement: As the builder, we are involved from the design practical to build, addresses risk and compliance early, and keeps communication open between all parties as the project moves into construction.

Online Project Tracking: Our team keeps clients updated on the progress of their project throughout the build. Project records are kept paperless, which reduces errors and improves efficiency.
Quality & Safety Oversight: As a Site Safe member, we follow New Zealand health and safety requirements and carry out internal quality control at each stage of the build.
Bank-Approved Builder: We are approved by leading banks, giving clients and lenders clear and transparent oversight of the project.
Contract Options: We offer both Full Contract and Labour Only Contract.

Civil Works & Foundations: Site preparation, civil works, foundations and slabs, concrete work and dirveways.
Structure & Exterior: Carpentry, wall cladding and roofing.
Building Services: Drainage, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC.
Landscaping: Garden landscaping and exterior finishing.
In-House Trade Teams: Our own carpenters, plumbers and foundation teams carry out on-site work, supervised by our in-house Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs).
